NVFC and Honeywell Focus on Firefighter Fitness at FDIC

The National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) and Honeywell First Responder Products have teamed up to bring FREE fitness demonstrations to FDIC at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN, March 24-26, 2011. Stop by booth #9953 to learn the Top 10 Best Exercises for Firefighters and to get access to other great health and wellness tips.

Meet the Honeywell Firefighter Combat Challenge Team – TEAM RESCUE MODE - as they join show attendees and NVFC staff in workout demonstrations focused on firefighters. Bring your sneakers to the fitness demos and you too can get coaching from a certified performance specialist. The booth will also feature other free resources to benefit you and your department, including information about key NVFC initiatives like the Heart-Healthy Firefighter Program.

Fitness demo times will be posted at the NVFC booth (#9953 at Lucas Oil Stadium) and Honeywell booth (#1022 in the Convention Center) during FDIC as well as on the NVFC Heart-Healthy Firefighter Program web site at www.healthy-firefighter.org.
