Ingredients

5 cans - cooked red beans

1-2 cups - Chicken Stock

4 Cups - Canned Diced Tomatoes

3 cups - Water
-
¼ Cup - Worcestershire Sauce

5 ea. - Bay leaves
-
2tbsp - Salt
-
2tbsp - Tabasco Sauce
-
1 tsp Liquid smoke

1tbsp - Canola Oil
-
2 - Medium Onions, ¼" dice

¼ cup - Tomato Paste
-
¼ Cup - Garlic
-
2 tsp - salt & Pepper
Cooking Procedure

In a one gallon sauce pot heat the canola oil and add the onions, cook three to five minutes.

Add garlic and cook for two minutes.

Add tomato paste and cook for two minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer.

Cook for 20 minutes. Check for desired seasoning and heat.
