Biscuit Ingredients:

3 C Bisquik Heart Smart baking mix

1 C skim milk

1 C dried blueberries
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Mix Bisquik, milk and blueberries in a mixing bowl until combined.

Turn out dough onto floured wax paper and fold and knead 10 times.

Cut out biscuits and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.
Glaze Ingredients:

¾ C - powdered sugar
-
1 Tbsp - skim milk (for glaze)
Preparation:

Mix powdered sugar with the leftover skim milk.

When biscuits have cooled slightly, drizzle glaze on top.
