INGREDIENTS:
1 cup ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk ½ cup brown sugar, packed ¼ cup margarine 1 egg 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ½ cup pecans, chopped DIRECTIONS:
